Bought this car for my 17 year old son, who promptly complained about having to buy his own gas!! Yes these get about 10-11 mpg. We just put in brand new battery (169.99), new gas cap, and new wipers. Drives smooth for the style and bigger tires and rims. Tires have at least 75-80% tread left.
